- Project participants received an
aggregate grade point average of 2.9 on a 4.0 scale
- 30% of graduating participants
enrolled in graduate school, which exceeds the institutional rate of
19%
- 95% of participants receiving
tutoring earned a passing grade
- 89% of first year SS participants
returned the following year, a higher retention rate than 77% for
all Keene State College first year students
- Supplemental instruction was
offered to students in 30 traditionally challenging classes and
students attending at least two S.I. sessions had significantly
higher grades (average grade of 2.77) than students who did not
attend at least two sessions (average grade of 2.43)
